Hey Tom. I have an issue with She Hulk being said to be on Carol's side in Civil War II, based on the article from Sunday, and this is an ongoing issue. As a lawyer, Jennifer ABSOLUTELY should not be in favor of using a precog to stop crimes before they happen, and she also should have not been in favor of detention without habeas corpus in the original series. I know continuity doesn't mean shit at Marvel, but she even argued against the MRA in Solo Avengers 14. I wish this would be addressed.
I think you could easily and readily find lawyers in the real world who would be all for pre cogs being used to root out terrorists (or just people that they don’t like.) Being a lawyer doesn’t automatically give somebody one particular worldview. Real life is more complicated and messier than that.
