So with the information given at this point it does NOT sound like Civil War will be a Marvel Event like the first one , meaning since The Mutants are in hiding due to Terrigen that they will not be appearing in the same fashion as previously , am I corrected in my assumption that the mutants will play NO role in this event and it's an Avengers Event not a Marvel U event ?
