I love Mark Waid's Marvel stuff, I think his Daredevil is his best work since his Flash run, but why is he so unwilling to work with DC now?

I don’t want to speak for Mark or put words in his mouth, but I would hazard a guess that it has to do with the leadership at DC having not treated him terribly well in the past.
