  • At any point did Marvel consider simply not published any ANAD books until after Secret Wars was finished? Seems like that would've been preferable for the readers, it'd be less confusing and prevent spoilers. You could've come up with new Secret Wars tie-ins to put out during the extra months, or just not published anything during that time. Is there any reason you couldn't do that?

    Yes, this wasn’t just a couple of books, this was the entire line. There was no good way to push everything back a few months and to create 50 new tie-in books to somehow fill in the shortfall gap–that would have been horrific, on every level.
