  • Does Gyrich count as an Avenger? He certainly has had all the official documents enabling him access to everything the Avengers do and in the Geoff Johns run he even performed heroic actions. If Rick Jones and Moira Brando count, why does Henry Peter Gyrich not count?

    Because Gyrich was never voted in as an Avenger, as Rick and Moira were.
