Hey Tom, I remember in an earlier issue of Secret Wars, Thanos had stumbled upon two hammers in the wasteland. Was this ever followed up on in one of the tie ins or the main book? Thanks
I think you’ve misinterpreted that scene. Thanos stumbles upon a graveyard of Thors in the shadow of the Shield, and it’s the Shield that is his objective, as we see in subsequent issues. But there’s nothing to follow up on with the hammers, it’s not as though he could pick them up or do anything with them–even move them.
