What idiot decided to keep Steve Rogers dead longer than 6 issues? Ruined what could have been Cap's "Born Again", and killed the credibility of Brubaker's run by making Bucky, an assassin 2 seconds before, the instant new Captain America. It is not a coincidence that the quality started slipping and never recovered after that play. Listen to Mark Millar some more....
