Do I understand correctly that in the post-Secret Wars Marvel Universe the planet Polemachus no longer exists and it's all just a part of Weirdworld now?

Polemachus wasn’t a planet per se, it was a parallel world, effectively it’s universe’s Earth. Now, not so much, destroyed along with everything else in the run-up to SECRET WARS. But a portion of it survived, as with everything else.
