GUARDIANS is going through that right now, for example. But at a certain point you get a sense of a softness across the line of books, and at that point it makes sense to scale back and re-focus it. So fewer Avengers or X-Men or whatever titles, and therefore with a more unique patch of ground for each to stand on, or creative approach for each to have.
