  • how can you say that it would be selfish for someone to want characters to age in real time when we live during the age of Miles Morales, female Thor, Muslim Ms. Marvel, black captain America and so forth. Don't get me wrong I LOVW the diversity push it just seems a little strange to say that aging characters in real time is selfish for kids in the future when the big thing now is pushing the older characters aside making way for newer legacy ones

    I think this is frankly a BS argument.

    Steve Rogers is still around and active. Odinson is still around and active. Carol Danvers is still around and active. So I don’t think you can legitimately claim that they’ve been “pushed aside” in favor of other characters.
