I’m sorry, you’ve been asking a bunch of similar questions about power levels and I haven’t been answering them. As I’ve said here before, I’m not at all interested in getting into Battle Board-style discussions/arguments with people, so my standard response is that so-and-so is “beaucoup powerful”, which is as much as you need to know in order to enjoy the stories. I don’t think Quasar typically goes around looking to bust solar systems, so I don’t quite see teh relevance apart from measuring him against some other cosmic-powered character. Which, if that’s your thing, is great, and I hope it gives you many hours of pleasure. But it’s not an argument that holds any appeal for me. Sorry again.
