If ABC Family is a network focused on pre-teens, teenagers and young adults, is there hope that Runaways may possibly not be totally scrapped and we can also get an Avengers Academy show?

You ask a lot of anonymous “if…then” questions where the if either is really irrelevant to the then or else a supposition that I don’t agree with. You’d be better off just cutting directly to your question: “Is it possible Runaways could still happen, or Avengers Academy.”
