  • Hey, congratulations on Secret Wars and everything leading up to it. It seems like there was a ton of work and planning behind it, with all of those tie-ins and Hickman's books building up to the event for quite a long time. My question is if Secret Wars is just an exception or do you always have a plan for the future of the Marvell Universe so the writers can do their thing but also have that stuff in mind and, if so, how far ahead more or less do you plan your events/important storylines

    There’s always a plan in the broad strokes, but sometimes more solidly for longer out–and sometimes, things change along the way.
