I dont know how much influence you have over the hiring of writers. But are there any new people of color or female writers that are being introduced to the marvel line-up?
Sure, but we don’t announce our creators by ethnicity or gender specifically. Our writers are writers, our artists are artists. It’s probably easier to tell which creators are female based on names, but even that isn’t absolute. And what counts the most is the work they’re doing.
