  • If Squirrel Girl is underage, then Luke Cage and Jessica Jones employing her as a nanny to the extent they did means they are in breach of several child labor laws. They do not deserve to be Avengers if they believe it is ok to make a minor do almost full-time constantly life threatening work for "pocket money".

    Squirrel Girl is in college, and was when she was the nanny for the Cage family as well, as we saw in the FEAR ITSELF tie-in issues of NEW AVENGERS pretty clearly.
