Hello! From an editor's point of view, do you think an Avengers book with the "classic" Avengers getting back together would be well-received? A team consisting primarily of the same roster as Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes for instance? As an old-school reader I can say that I would love this. I'm not a huge fan of Bendis but when he concluded his run on Avengers vol4 with the rescue of The Wasp in the Microverse, I got chills seeing those founding Avengers working together again!

Such a series could work, I suppose, based on who did it and what the stories were. But I don’t know that it’s intrinsically any better an idea than any other potential Avengers team. It feels very backwards-looking, you know, and not entirely in a good way. That said, it’s not like the film Avengers aren’t essentially that team.
