  • Regarding the happiness of Latverians, if I remember correctly there was a rebel group operating in the country back in the "Super-Villain Team-Up" days. I think the Shroud was involved with them somehow?

    We’ve seen rebel groups in the past, but also many Latverians who are happy with the status quo.
