Quick question about DG Chichester's Daredevil. Why were HYDRA stated to be anarchists when they are clearly anything but. HYDRA has allied themselves with most authoritarian regimes ranging from Nazi Germany to the Soviet Union? Their entire ideology is that the world needs a dictator to guide it. They would never want to destroy all government institutions. I get that the Cold War was over but there were still plenty of dictators they could have been in bed with in the mid-90s.
