Do you think the market is more receptive to new characters than it has been in the past?
Not especially, no. I think the market likes to believe that it is, but it’s still a rare thing for a new character to become a breakout star. We talk about Ms Marvel so much partially because she really beat the odds in terms of connecting with people and becoming successful. But she’s still the exception, rather than the rule.
