Given Hulk's noted knack for displacing massive amounts of air, like when he thunderclaps, would it be possible for him to fly by flapping his arms or does he not have enough surface area?

We’ve never seen him do anything like that. On the other hand, we’ve sometimes seen him leap across oceans, or change direction in mid-leap, so there might be a little something to this.
