  • What is Marvel's policy on talent working for both Marvel and DC at the same time? Is it allowed? Or would someone have to cease working at DC before Marvel would hire them in any capacity? If that is the case I'm curious why that is?

    Assuming that the talent in question isn’t under exclusive contract, we don’t have any issue with them working for other companies as well as for us–as I think we’ve proven on several occasions.
