Why didn't Doom just get Cable to travel through time and kill the beyonders that way? That or stop the first incursion from occurring by opening up a portal from the Negative Zone to dispatch Annihilus before the shattering of the M'Kraan crystal from the first universe to die and grant the Annihilation Wave a whole new universe to rule? Doom may be a genius but even I can think of better plans than him.
