    I’m sure you get this question all the time, but how does one go about becoming an assistant editor at Marvel or another comic company without working from the absolute ground up as a college intern, and what requirements do you look for? I ask this as a recent college graduate that has been out in the work force for a while.

    > We look for experience of one sort or another in the worlds of storytelling. We look at overall accomplishments. And, ultimately, assuming that you get that far, we look at how well you conduct yourself in the interview process, and how well you do on the editing test we give out.
