Considering that Avengers and Uncanny X-Men are your two flagship titles, why did you hand those over to Chuck Austen after he proved to be unpopular among readers? And since you edited Avengers, why didn't you veto more of Chuck's ideas?

I don’t hire somebody with the intention of vetoing their ideas–that would be insanely counter-productive. Sorry you didn’t care for Chuck’s work.
