I know it may seem like you get a lot of crap on here but I just wanna say thanks for making the effort to conect to fans like this. You answer the questions that people are worried to ask and don't mock or belitle their nervousness. You don't stand down to bullies or the ignorant because arguing with them could mean losing their business. Your honest with us and you don't insult us by holding back about the harsher truths about the industry. So, thanks Tom.
