Is there any concern, for books like Silk, Spider-Gwen, Thor, Ant-Man, and Angela, that just launched this year, that the relaunch will have a negative impact on their new launch sales? Also, with the season model, is there a guaranteed 12 issues for each book, like DC You, or is/that based entirely on sales?

No, no particular concern. Like any title, those books are going to have to continue to pull their weight, even if other new titles are being launched around them.
And no, there’s no guaranteed number of issues (And, based on the June launch numbers, I’ll be shocked if all of the DO You titles run 12 issues…) Titles that don’t sell go away.
