1. Why is a sex offender like Sabretooth allowed to be an Avenger? 2. If Avengers go through a vetting process, why didn't Iron Fist object? Danny and Victor hate each other. 3. If Sabretooth's entire purpose as a character is to show what the X-Men could become if they used their powers for evil, doesn't redeeming him cheapen his place in the Marvel U?
1) He’s not.
2) There was no vetting process, because he’s not an Avenger. And even if there was, Iron Fist isn’t currently an Avenger, so there’s no reason why he’d specifically be asked to weigh in on the matter necessarily.
3) Sabretooth’s purpose as a character is to be a character. And many different stories can happen to a character. This is one of them.
