Tom, I feel like 8 Months later was a big misstep. Many of the plot points were extremely interesting for Avengers, but the individual books that should've contributed to them never got there, or even acknowledged them. There should've been some guarantees that showed how we got to where we were.

Sorry, but I disagree. The point of jumping eight months ahead was to allow all of the individual series to finish up their storylines in the manner they preferred, without needing to jump through hoops for Jonathan’s stuff. Forcing creators to do stuff like that rarely leads to good stories.
