New Brevoort Formspring

I love, LOVE the look of the covers for all the All New, All different Marvel line up. I don't know the technical terms for it, but the bars on the top and bottom and how they "frame" the cover illustration is beyond gorgeous. Are those going to be how the cover will actually look moving forward? Or its just a preview? P.S. that Carnage cover makes me want to pick it up right now!
