If Luke Cage is being planned as a spin-off for Jessica Jones, is there a chance that Elektra and Punisher will get their own series?

These IF A THEN B questions really don’t work, as they first make an assumption, and then link that assumption to some other stuff that’s only related in the vaguest way.
We may or may not do an ELEKTRA or PUNISHER series regardless of whether or not we do a LUKE CAGE series. We may do all of them or we may do none of them. But doing one does not promise or obligate any of the others either.
