Do you get personally attached to writers? Like when some writers leave is it hard to see them go? I mean on one hand the nature of your job is to constantly be funneling new talent in but is it hard for you as Tom the editor to say goodbye to particular talent? I've followed you long enough to know your always wishing people your best on their next endeavor, but I'm sure If you have a good working relationship you don't want it to end
Sure, but that’s the nature of the business. Everybody moves on to other things eventually. Marvel was here before me, and Marvel will still be here once I’m gone, same as with everybody else.
But there’s nothing that says that some of those creators can’t come back at a certain point, too.
