Does Beast being in Uncanny Inhumans mean that he's an Inhuman? Or are people misinterpreting it, and instead the series will be a kind of Inhumans+?

All it means so far is that he’s going to be in the comic, nothing more, nothing less.

Eventually, the comic will come out and the story will reveal itself, and you’ll know the whole score.
