Do general Avengers villains have a home office or are they associated with a certain solo property? I'm mostly curious about MODOK, Count Nefaria and Kang.

MODOK is primarily a Cap villain, though he hasn’t really fought Cap solo in a very long time. Nefaria and Kang are both Avengers villains.
