New Brevoort Formspring

I saw someone post online that the "Marvel's Daredevil: Season One - Defender of Hell's Kitchen" slipcase hardcover (the behind the scenes art and photo book, like the ones that usually come out for the movies) has been cancelled and will not be resolicited, but it's still up for pre-order at all the usual places. I know it's not your department, but can you confirm if it has been cancelled?
