Do you feel that when Helmut Zemo, Elektra, Magneto or Eddie Brock come too close to redemption or descend into outright villainy they lose what makes them interesting characters?

I think it all depends on the stories, really. And I don’t know that I’d have one common answer for all four of those characters.
