New Brevoort Formspring

I was just rereading the Fantastic Four Roast in the pages of House of Hem. I know it's not known for its impact on continuity, but I couldn't help notice that Iceman and Angel take the stage with the Avengers, despite never having been on the team. Since it doesn't seem to be a joke, were Angel & Iceman intended to be added to the roster? If so, when? I know they show up in 211 when the old order changeth. As a Marvel historian, I thought you'd know. Thanks!
