I believe you when you say there is an NDA regarding Ultraverse characters but why is Hudnall able to speak so freely about the situation and in a way that seems to disagree with what you guys have said.

I don’t know what Jim Hudnall might be saying, but it’s entirely possible that he doesn’t know the actual specific contents of the contract–and why would he?
