Can't you see how 'whatever the heck it is...' will further irritate? It wasn't the best example as it was a hostile post, but there are lots of times you give these snarky passive-aggressive non-answers to reasonable questions that have critical elements. Not the best way to take feedback, is it?
Sorry, but I don’t know what that poster in particular wanted, apart from just being angry at me. So it’s “whatever the heck it is.” I don’t think that’s especially passive-aggressive, but your mileage may vary.
