  • "Sorry, my angry anonymous friend, but how is that “fuck the customer”?" - Not him, but you end with "I’m sorry I won’t just do whatever the heck it is that you want me to do...". Can't you see how 'whatever the heck it is...' will further irritate? It wasn't the best example as it was a hostile post, but there are lots of times you give these snarky passive-aggressive non-answers to reasonable questions that have critical elements. Not the best way to take feedback, is it?

    Sorry, but I don’t know what that poster in particular wanted, apart from just being angry at me. So it’s “whatever the heck it is.” I don’t think that’s especially passive-aggressive, but your mileage may vary.
