When did Wanda and Pietro change their name from Frank to Maximoff?

At first, for something like a decade, they had no last name at all. Then, when the Whizzer origin came out, Wanda at least was briefly Wanda Frank. And then, when the Return to Wundagore storyline happened, they became Pietro and Wanda Maximoff. And it’s been that way ever since.
