Internally, is Kingpin considered primarily a Daredevil character or a Spider-Man character? What about Punisher -- he began as a Spidey character, but what is he considered now? I saw some anons asking similar questions and I find pieces of trivia like this really interesting.
The Kingpin is a shared character, but probably more associated with DAREDEVIL than SPIDER-MAN these days. And the Punisher is his own character, in the same way as the Black panther or the Inhumans or any number of others.
