How do you coordinate characters who don't really have a home office? Like, I don't know... let's say Morbius, who I don't think I'd associate with any current series or group. If it just so happened that an X-Men book and and Avengers book both wanted to use Morbius, how would you coordinate that to avoid conflicts? (And if Morbius is a bad example for some reason I'm not thinking of, just go with someone else.)

Every character has a home office. Morbius, for example, is a Spider-man character.
And in a case where there was a conflict, we would evaluate the situation and make a choice based on what we thought the better use was going to be.
