In Regards to Wanda and Pietro Mutant hertiage ala stan lee and Magento as their father ala some smart genius, If a Comic book writer/artist/s came to you and said they wanted to write a story/s with them without your recent retcon would you let them?

Stan Lee didn’t have Wanda and Pietro as Magneto’s kids–that didn’t happen until more than a decade after Stan stopped writing the books, and he was on another coast to boot.
The Marvel Universe is a consistent universe, which means that if you’re going to write for it, you are obligated to play the ball where it lies. So no, a writer couldn’t just come in and ignore that story. It doesn’t work that way.
