Re: the Disney Comics, if Disney told Marvel it had to publish Disney comics, would Marvel have to do so (assuming there is no license with IDW)? Basically, how much control does Bob Iger potentially have over Marvel?

Disney owns Marvel, so Bob Iger has as much control as he does over any other Disney company–Pixar or ESPN or Lucasfilm or whomever.
