  • "If you don’t have the licensing rights to certain characters, you cannot sell merchandise depicting them." Is it Marvel that doesn't have the rights, or the manufacturer? And who has the rights to Monica Rambeau?

    The manufacturer doesn’t have the rights.

    And we don’t really get into the specifics of our rights grants, any more than we do with the films, sorry.
