They’re Maximoffs by love and respect not blood. I don't know what comics you read growing up but they're adopted. That is the one and only definitive thing we know about them. that they were orphans. In order it would be Bova,Maximoffs,Fire,Magneto,Avengers... I don't get why your so angry at us for not liking the story you and Remender came up with. Instead of attacking us for cherishing the Dadneto story you should be happy we care so much, at least bendis knew magneto was their dad.

And just to be clear, I’m not at all angry at you for anything, nor am I attacking you. You guys ask the questions here, and I tend to respond to them in kind. So if people show up with hostility, the answer they receive is going to tend to be in a similar vein.
