I would've assumed that by the '90s and even the '80s, full-script was used more often than not, especially since it was standard in the rest of the industry (I think). About what percentage of Marvel's comics would you say were written Marvel-style by, say, the mid-'90s?

In the mid-90s, well in excess of 90% of all Marvel books were produced Marvel style. So not absolutely everything, but virtually so.
