Tom, I planned to get the Spiderverse HC collection since I heard a lot of praise for the crossover... The thing is, I was told that the reading order is not layed out chronically in the compilation... So I was wondering: Will I really need to go back and forth between pages while reading the HC in order to understand the story? If that's the case, can I just instead pick the trades and get the story in a chronological order? Thank you for your answers. PD: Secret Wars is being great so far.

This is one of those situations where, no matter how you do something, there will be people who don’t like it. So we made what we thought was the best choice to present this material in the best fashion. if you’d prefer to read it in a different sequence, that’s entirely up to you, and there’s a page indicating an approximate sequence.
