Why do not any of Elixir, Masque and Madison Jeffries fix Karma's ugly robot leg now that they're on the same team?

For one thing, none of them have a book to do that in.

For another, once you get to a world in which all problems get immediately solved by your super hero pals, there really isn’t a whole lot of drama left.
