New Brevoort Formspring

I was just kinda curious as to why Essad Ribbic was assigned to Secret Wars over someone, say, like Dustin Weaver or Alan Davis or Joe Mad or Salvador Larocca or George Perez or Steve McNiven or Sean Cheug. Nothing against Essad, I was just surprised he was chosen to handle the art chores.

Jonathan has wanted Esad to do SECRET WARS since practically the beginning–we spoke about it before INFINITY, I know. And it’s because of Esad’s tremendous skill at design and world-building, which we’ll need in order to create Battleworld as a rich and vibrant place.
